Order Minimums

Screen printing starts at 24 pieces for a one-color design. The minimum goes up as you add ink colors, so ask us for the exact number for your design. Need fewer shirts or full-color artwork? Our DTF printing has no minimum.

Turnaround Time

Normal turnaround is 7–10 business days after you approve your proof. Have a deadline? Rush orders are available for an added fee. Just tell us your date when you request a quote.

How It Works

  1. Send your idea. Share your logo or design, the shirt style and color, quantities and sizes.
  2. Get a proof. We prepare your artwork for print and send a proof to approve.
  3. We print. Once approved, we set up screens and print your order in our Hearne shop.
  4. Pick up. Your order is ready for pickup at 202 W 3rd St, Hearne, TX 77859 (3rd Street door). Shipping is available within the contiguous U.S.

Screen Printing or DTF?

Screen printing is the most cost-effective option for larger orders with one to a few ink colors. DTF (direct-to-film) is better for small orders, full-color or photo-style artwork, and individual names and numbers. Not sure which you need? We will recommend the best method for your design and quantity.

Artwork Tips

Vector files (AI, EPS, SVG or PDF) print the cleanest. If you only have an image, send the highest-resolution file you have (300 DPI is ideal). Fewer ink colors usually means a lower price per shirt.
